  Orange County Bankruptcy Attorney Stephen N. Doan received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego and a minor in Computer Science.

He then went on to California Western School of Law, graduating with a Jurist Doctorate degree in the top 10% of his class.

He has successfully represented thousands of clients in Bankruptcy proceedings in the Central and Southern District Bankruptcy Courts of California.

Mr. Doan is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of California and the Federal District of California, in the Southern, Central, and Eastern Divisions where he has successfully litigated hundreds of claims against major credit card companies that willfully violate the bankruptcy code and other state and federal laws designed to protect consumers.

Attorney Stephen Doan is also an active real estate broker in the state of California and a member of the Orange County Association of Realtors. He has successfully negotiated short sales on behalf of clients in an effort to mitigate loss.
