Donald A. Green

Donald A. Green, Esq., manages the Personal Injury Division of the Doan Law Firm, LLP. He is licensed to practice law before all courts of California and in the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Central Districts of California. Prior to joining the Doan Law Firm, Mr. Green owned and operated a firm under his own name, focusing primarily on plaintiff's personal injury, elder abuse, and employment law matters.

He founded the firm after realizing that he wanted to represent individuals against the "deep pockets", heavy-handedness, unfair tactics, and often unjust practices of the insurance companies and large corporations. Prior to starting The Law Offices of Donald A. Green, Mr. Green was associated with the law firm of Lucas, Mullany, Boyer and Haverkamp in La Jolla, California, ironically and fortuitously defending insurance companies. He is a member of the American, California, and San Diego Bar Associations, Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, and Consumer Attorneys of California.
Mr. Green obtained his Bachelor's degree from Cornell University, and his Master's degree from Cornell's prestigious Sloan program in Health Services Administration. He thereafter earned his law degree from Whittier Law School.
Before becoming a licensed attorney in California, Mr. Green spent nearly a decade in mid- and senior management in the health care industry, much of which was while he was attending law school. From these experiences, he is qualified as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and as a Professional of the Academy for Healthcare Management (PAHM). This background is a significant value-added benefit that Mr. Green frequently utilizes in the practice of personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, and similar scientifically and medically driven areas of law.
In 2007, Mr. Green was hand-selected to attend the rigorous and prestigious Trial Lawyers College in Dubois, WY under the tutelage of Gerry Spence. As part of this elite group.
